Implementation of a New Internal CRM for the new Bank; Degroof Petercam, marketing integration, deep customer management, data cleaning and migration.
THE NEED
After the fusion of Banque Degroof and Petercam, a fusion of their customer applications was required.
The new bank needed a new common platform to handle its daily B2B and B2C business activities. Initially, there were two applications, each with its own functionalities, depending on the business orientation of the bank. All data and other functionalities therefore needed to be integrated into the new system.
