Euroconsumers regroups consumer organizations that promote and defend consumer rights in 5 countries.

Client challenges

Euroconsumers has launched a Customer Intelligence Roadmap aiming at the creation of a Platform that is able to service all Customer Intelligence requests and data needs. The platform envisions the centralized consolidation of information from the current and future transactional applications (CRM, customer services, finance, ...) from all countries.
